In one of my previous blogs I let everyone know about a fantastic new concept which we were commencing – the Debt Management Company called Pure Financial Management. Pure Financial Management will be a trading style of Tenable Solutions Limited.
We are in the early stages of setting up this company so were astounded to find that we already had people calling us regarding it (or so we thought)...........
They were actually calling for a company called Pure Debt Solutions, a company based in Wales. Now the bizarre thing is these people claim to be customers of Pure Debt Solutions and say that they have been paying money to them for the last couple of months and now the phone line is dead therefore were calling Pure Financial Management as they believed we were the same company.
I have searched high and low on the internet and not come up with anything apart from an address! No website and certainly no phone number.
If you have come across this post as a customer of Pure Debt Solutions then my suggestion to you would be to firstly contact your creditors and ensure that your payments to them have been made accordingly and then to report the company to the OFT (Office of Fair Trading).
If you would like some friendly, impartial advice on your debts and where to turn please call Lucy on freephone 0800 4 96 95 94 or EMAIL.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post this information. With the economy the way it is right now, with all of the layoffs and more to come; government spending and deficit out of control; the continued housing slump; one wonders where to turn for help. It sure is nice to know there are companies out there to help people such as myself.
I am writing to you as an ex employee of Pure Insurance Marketing Limited, which has been renamed Pure Debt Solutions in the last week or so. The company went into liquidation on the 29th June. It has been front page news in the Gazette and it has since been reported that no staff were paid and told to go to the government for redundancy pay, when staff did this they were told the company in question had not been listed in administration and had renamed itself as Pure Debt Solutions as a quick win to make more money. A select few have been reemployed and paid for the last months work. From a personal and professional point of view I would not take out any policies with this company or trust them what so ever, they have been blacklisted in the insurance sector for the last 4-5 months. It was also reported in the Gazette that they were still withdrawing customers money since going into liquidation, so people are being charged for cover that doesn’t exist and can’t claim from!
I found this comment below from Jess on monwysupermarket another ex employee….
“Hi, I used to work for pure and they are in the process of liquidation/ administration. It occurred on June 29th where we told none of the staff would be paid and that they didn't have their jobs if the company did not get bought out. It has now come to our attention that a select few are being paid and now have their jobs back. Not only from a personal point of view but professional I would not trust this company. They are unreliable and their DMP has not been known as being sold as the best. It was a new product to the company and management saw that they would make a lot of money from it. I used to audit the calls for it and every call was missold bar one policy. What your friend properly doesn't know is that the company takes the first two payments as a fee and then continues to charge 15% out of the monthly payments i.e. if the payments are £200 then £30 is pures, on top or £25 depending which is the larger. I would tell your friend to get in contact with her bank as the payment may still come out, and for her to cancel it and then contact her creditors to arrange what payments can be made to help her pay off the debt. A DMP does not do anything different to what the customer can do; they just do it for you. Your friend can contact her creditors and agree a monthly affordable payment. if your friend wants to take it further then she can go to the financial ombudsman service, which is free advice and as for her £60 I wouldn't except much to come of it as liquidation process is being carried out by their sister company pure insurance services. If you do want any further information about the company or procedures, I will try to help as much as I can.”
Hope this helps….keep me posted.
It would also appear this company is breaking the ASA and FSA guidelines by having an activer website for Pure Insurance even though this company no longer exists, advertising 50% travel insurance and new employees! Be CAREFUL!
I guess you are right. By the way nice blog i liked the article.
